We normally issue paper tickets. For some railway companies or trains it is also possible or necessary to issue electronic tickets.

Paper tickets are original documents and cannot be printed out a second time if lost. Electronic tickets (in pdf format) can be printed as often as required.

Some railways may require or allow tickets for last minute bookings, as well as certain other tickets, to be printed out by a ticket machine at the railway terminal. We will be happy to provide more information when booking.
